Born and raised in Honolulu, I have always been inspired by the beauty and aloha spirit that surrounded me. For as long as I can remember, I had a passion for making everything around me beautiful and a passion for serving others. Those two elements beautifully united when I attended cosmetology school, and this was when my career in the beauty industry began. After several years of standing behind the stylist chair in the salon, I found myself wanting more. This plateau was a catalyst to take a big leap of faith, and I began to partner up with one of Hawaii's most prestigious magazines, Honolulu Magazine, as a hair and make-up artist. This partnership led to many collaborations including Honolulu Magazine's very own non-profit project called 'Reach the Runway' where I served as a hair and make-up mentor to young teenagers with interest in all things fashion and beauty. As a creative and perpetual student, my desire to learn more grew and I found a new love in Permanent Make-Up. With my extensive knowledge in color theory and years of experience in brow shaping, tattooing brows were second nature to me. I genuinely love what I do for a living, and I whole-heartedly feel like my "job" is my calling. I get to interact with the most wonderful clients every day, and hopefully, when my clients walk out of my salon, they feel beautiful, inside and out.  It blesses me to be in an industry that blesses others!
